Jackie was clear with her communication and very helpful. And the breakfast is excellent!

I stayed for one month. Bow, the lady in reception, is one of the kindest (and funniest) people you'll meet, and she made my stay so good. Nothing was too much trouble. The hotel is spotless, and rooms are cleaned daily. Bottles of drinking water are delivered to the room every day. There are loads of great coffee stands and streetfood on the same road. It's peaceful even though very near the city (5 mins on foot into the old city). Very safe area. There's a microwave and kettle in the reception area to heat food. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower was good too. Bow is always on hand to help or offer a Thai snack! The hotel offers a very soft landing to foreigners arriving in Thailand and Chiang Mai if you've never been before.

Everything was perfect. Clean and lovely room. Nice and big shower place. Very tasteful and cozy place. The staff is super nice. The only very small downside is that is a bit far off from the city center but I enjoyed the tranquil atmosphere very much.

This hotel was an amazing place to stay! Amazing location, amazing host. She gave us many recommendations of what to do in Chiang Mai, and was very helpful and sweet with us. Always with a smile, and worried if everything was okay with us, and if we were comfortable. It felt like home! The breakfast is also amazing. The pictures are truthful to the place, and the pool is also very nice.

The stuff is really kind and helpful!! All the rooms are extraordinary, modern, clean, and just beautiful. I highly recommend this hostel. You can get even private rooms. It's near to the airport and on a goid budget!
