It is surrounded by nature, forest and hills, its quiet and beautifull. Owners have some animals near the place, you can wake up and see horses rurring on the hill. The owners were super nice, friendly and helpful. The place has a mountain house vibe. The room was clean, we even got a better room for the same price. Breakfast was fresh and tasty. Also there is a restaurant in the place, so you can eat and drink beer when you get there. We were traveling on a motorcycle and we would recomend this place to everyone on wheels, who is looking for a nice place to stay on the road.

Nastanitev Penzion Chalupka II je v mestu Spišské Podhradie, 18 min hoje od znamenitosti grad Spiš, in ima vrt, sobe za nekadilce ter brezplačen WiFi v celotni nastanitvi. Zelo prijazen in ustrežljiv lastnik. Motorje sva pospravila v garažo na varno. Ker sva potrebovala zamrzovalnik za moževa zdravila, nama ga je vklopil v kuhinji, ki ni spadala k najini sobi. Ker sva šla zjutraj, na dan odhoda peš na grad, je predlagal, da se ob vrnitvi stuširava in šele nato odpraviva na pot. Po prijaznosti je presegel najina pričakovanja.

Penzion St. Martin is situated in the centre of Spišská Kapitula, UNESCO-protected area and offers views of the Spišský Castle as well as a garden, bar and on-site dining. Amazing property! The history and architecture of this place is really impressive! The food was amazing and the rooms are very clean and with a nice view. Also the people from reception and restaurant were very friendly and it was a real pleasure to spend time there.

Breakfast was outstanding. Choice of variety of breakfasts, fresh fruits, drinks; dinner was great local and cosmopolitan fair, everything was high quality; facilities were virtually brand new, and again everything was first class. Service was caring and attentive. Undervalued for what you get. I know this sounds made up but I can’t think of a single negative. Highly recommend this gem.

We really appreciated the kitchen equipment and fridge, and the balcony with tables and chairs. The staff were very kind and accommodating! We would definitely stay there again.
