It is right on top of a steak house with excellent food and wine.

Due to some mix up with the booking Peter (the host) arranged for us to stay in an apartment in another part of the village. It was an upgrade as we had a whole very comfy apartment with kitchen to ourselves. Communication with Peter was fast and reliable and the proposed solution more than satisfactory! Tip for visitors: since April 2024 local tourist tax (2 euros per person per night) allows free entry to paid sites in Slovensky Raj and includes insurance for mountain rescue costs.

The rooms on the property are in a perfect location, the area is very nice - lots of trees, a fireplace, a fountain, you feel like in woods :) The room itself is small but nice but has everything you need including kitchen supplies. The bathroom has a big shower :) Over all, it is a cozy place to stay - almost feels like a little cottage in woods although you are in a small village. The owner is very friendly and always on phone if you need anything.

Despite being prepared to pay for three nights, I was asked to pay for only two. A very nice gesture.

Place was clean, warm, and beautiful old building felt like home. Very modern but architectural features are absolutely incredible, lovely painting outside as well. Variety of teas and coffee. Games and colouring in for kids. Couldn't be happier. We had amazing sleep, and we will definitely return.
