Room and bathroom sparkling clean, the balcony offers a stunning view, the host contacted us before arriving and gave us all the information needed and he was so nice. We will come back for sure!

Cannot praise this place enough. The internal decor is top notch with fantastic marble throughout. The owners were very pleasant and always ready to help with a smile. The pool area is very spacious and pool size just right. The room had all facilities with balcony overlooking the Danube river. The food was always excellent and varied. I highly recommend. Ideal for romantic couple and also for family with children.

Casa RoxAmy, a property with a garden, is situated in Orşova, 17 km from Iron Gate I, 19 km from Rock Sculpture of Decebalus, as well as 47 km from Cazanele Dunării. Simona and her husband are extremely warm and helpful. They gave us the necessary recommendations. The facility is beautiful and extremely clean. Our stay was pleasant and I highly recommend it.

Vila Siminica is a recently renovated guest house in Salcia, where guests can make the most of its garden and barbecue facilities. The host was very helpful. There where a possibility to park a big van inside.

NOAH river house features a hot tub and free private parking, and is within 20 km of Iron Gate I and 21 km of Rock Sculpture of Decebalus. The view was simply amazing, the room overlooked the Danube so it was the first thing I saw when I opened my eyes. The amenities are great, common space and seating areas outside and inside. The hosts are very helpful and welcoming, gave us tips on trips nearby, and offered to arrange boat trips. Really great experience staying there, I recommend!

Boasting garden views, Casa Clau Cazare Orșova provides accommodation with a seasonal outdoor swimming pool, an open-air bath and a garden, around 19 km from Rock Sculpture of Decebalus. We loved this place. Right on a hill looking over the Danube River. There is a plunge pool and a BBQ area and tables to eat at and fridges. There is no kitchen as such but Pizzas can be delivered. I must also mention the owners of this place, he was so kind. He booked us a river trip and took us there, he also took us to the railway station ( we have no car) when we left. He also checked on us after we had got on the train to Bucharest to see if we were OK. I am very, very happy with this place.

Lovely location, nice views, great, helpful and very friendly host. The owner booked the boat trip for us on the Danube to see Cazanele Dunarii & Decebal statue.
