Menghadap ke Lembah Sungai Douro yang indah, Quinta da Casa Cimeira, Guest House, Wines & Food terletak di sebuah rumah pedesaan yang bersejarah dan dikelilingi oleh taman dan kebun anggur. For me, 10 is too low score for this property. This is one of those places where you want to come back. You don’t feel like guest, but returning friend. It’s old building with modern facilities, everything what you can expect from hotel. What makes difference is dinner, go for it. It’s cooked with passion and accompanied by local wine(s). You meet everyone who is there - place isn’t big, just 8 rooms. You mingle, get to know new people and enjoy atmosphere. And food is delicious, and not same every day according to those who spent few nights there.

What an amazing place and warm, wonderful hosts Paolo and Carla make you feel like old friends. Beware, booking.com's directions take you to the wrong house. Follow Google maps to Quinta da Menina Guest house instead and you won't get lost. The place seems brand new but charming. It's spotless and gorgeous. The pool is crystal clear and breakfast is fantastic. Don't make the mistake we made and only book one night. You are going to want to stay at this beautiful oasis and explore the wine area for, at least, a few days. I would have stayed forever if I could.

The host was welcoming, friendly, informative and very generous. The accommodation was large, well equipped and had many bonuses. The area was quiet and safe.

Well equipped kitchen and spacious apartment. Everything you need. Coffee masjien and accesouries a bonus. Joana was very helpfull every time when we contact her. She give us superb advise how to do our own tours, as most of the organize tours was fully booked.

Zimão Garden House berlokasi di Vila Real, berjarak 30 km dari Natur Waterpark dan 31 km dari Lapangan Golf Vidago Palace. We can highly recommend this accommodation. The house is located in Zimao, an old town of traditional stone houses located at the hillside with views over the valley. The host Eva was very friendly and gave us good recommendations what to see and to do in the area, like waterfalls, lakes and the beautiful countryside. I think the location is ideal for hiking and biking. The house and rooms were very clean and well equipped. The house is an old town house but very nicely renovated with fine decorations and the attention to details. There is a big and fully equipped kitchen to be used by all of the only 3 rooms as well as a balcony with a beautiful view at sunset over the valley. We stayed in the studio that is spacious as well as its bathroom. The bed was comfortable. We had a great time there and enjoyed our stay.

The room was big enough, with beautiful bathroom and also bathtub in the room. The bed was very comfortable and again with a fantastic view. There is also a little terrace where you can just sit and sip your glass of wine while enjoying the view of the mountains. Every morning we had a fantastic breakfast with everything you can think of (sweet pastry and cakes, eggs, cheese, hams, fruit, yougurts, bread....). Bruno, the host, is very nice and very helpful. He also recommended us places around which we could visit. We would definitely recommend this accomodation and would love to come back again.

The owners of quinta Feliciano and Aurora are the most hospitable and kind people on earth. They showed us their wonderful organic garden, told us the history of how it all started, shared their home made dessert and home grown fruits, let us taste their wines and even helped us with the laundry when we couldn't find any in Pinhao. One of those experiences in Douro valley I will never forget. Also they are pet friendly, have their own 2 cute dogs and our Luna felt at home there.

A lovely stay with hosts that treat you like family. The room is spotless clean, and you get to use the dining and living rooms, it’s spacious and nice. But mostly it’s the chance to meet the nicest hosts and feel the real Portugal. We highly recommend it, and hope to come again.

We loved this place - the views, the history. the spaciousness of our room, the beautiful antiques throughout, and especially our times with Carlos and Paula. We loved the town - so charming and picturesque. This was a highlight of our whole trip.
