Located in a quiet neighborhood and near two good restaurants - New York Bar & Grill (good food and Karaoke) and CremoLatte (for breakfast or brunch). The drive to Old San Juan was easy and also Isla de Cabras is very close.

The apartments come with a fully equipped, modern kitchen, in addition to a dining and seating area. The staff us amazing all the time taking care of you, a hot jacuzzi and small pool in middle friendly guests. The room is huge not fancy but amazing felt at home amazing large kitchen. They think of it all put coffe and water outside all day. Everything you need is in room from blender to make drinks, a bunch of snacks even popcorn for microwave. Beach is 2 min walk away.

I felt very well there, the location was very good because it's very near to the center of the Old San Juan. Everything was a very well. The bed was very comfortable and the fridge was very useful for me. Thanks for everything and I hope to return in the future.

Set 200 metres from Isla Verde, Isla Verde By The Beach Guest House offers a garden, and air-conditioned accommodation with a terrace and free WiFi. With garden views, this accommodation offers a patio. The guest house has private entrance. I had a great experience at Isla Verde by the Beach. My wife and I stayed in Room #2. It's a small but nice & clean room and had everything we needed for our two nights here (including a small cooler & two beach chairs!). The internet was great (my wife was able to lead a Zoom call). And the location was great for us to check out Isla Verde. But best of all, the host (Russell) was communicative and helpful. He even gave us a couple great recommendations for local spots to get good food/drinks.
