Staff were friendly and accommodating.
The parking was overwhelming at first but after a certain time the property clears up and you can park right next to the beach house.
Great vibes and facility.

I wasn’t feeling very good during my stay. Also I am not generally a fan of breakfast food, so I didn’t have breakfast. I heard from other guests that breakfast was very good.

Easy to access. Owner is responsive and helpful. The place is clean and has many conveniences. They give you towels, iron and ironing board, beach towels, two beach chairs, bug spray, AC in every room and few more that I’m probably forgetting. The home is secure as well. There are two security gates, one for the parking (requires booking separately I think) and one at the home entrance before the door to the actual unit. The self check in and check out processes were smooth and went without any complications. I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking to stay in San Juan.
Warm and welcoming guest houses are ideal for travelers who prefer laid-back accommodations with a personal touch. Usually family run, these hosts will provide local recommendations and even optional meals. Guest houses sometimes feature a cozy living room or a garden – and are still cheaper than most regular hotels.
The apartment is in a great location. Close to Walmart and the walking arts tour. Easy to get Ubers town. The apartment has the potential to be good value but the host is the issue.
If you want to be in the middle of the night life and shopping scene, this is in a great location. We just needed a place for one night before we flew back to the mainland. This is a very simple hotel on a city beach. The building is stuffed between two larger buildings so there are no views to the beach or the city. But the beach is right there. Parking is expensive unless you find one of the places on the main drag that are open air. The staff were very nice. This is a cheap hotel that is clean and no frills. A place to sleep.
The hosts were very good at communicating the instructions to get in. The location was great, right across from the parking garage, in a nice walkable area accessible to everything. Despite how busy the street is, the room very very quiet and we slept so well in the comfy bed. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed, although I couldn’t figure out the espresso machine 😆 The living room was a bit dark due to limited windows inside, but we didn’t mind because we were there to hang out in the city, and the roof deck was awesome.
The position was excellent, in Old San Juan. The apartment was quiet - given the position in a noisy area. We appreciated the bars and restaurants at walking distance. The rooftop terrace was very nice, although we did not use it very much. Communication with the host has been very good, we had quick answers to our questions and requests. The bed was very comfortable.
The only good thing is the location. It’s not an actual guest house, it’s a cheap run down hostel with private rooms. The room wasn’t ready until around 5pm and they keep making excuses instead of offering to compensate.
Excellent budget stay in a great location. The property is within walking distance of a good variety of restaurants and coffee shops. Very friendly and responsive staff! Very clean facilities for a hostel. Bonus: the property was quaint and well-decorated. Bug spray and sunscreen was also provided.
