I loved how clean and open the space was. This was a great little spot, only 15 mins drive from Hobbiton and a lovely quiet country area. Julie we didn't meet you, but thanks for the lovely touches, a couple of beers and ciders, and the home made bread and condiments were just beautiful! The unit was so spacious, great shower, comfortable bed, and that cow pic on the wall was perfect! Love this place! Great country pub, the hot springs hotel, is 6km away and was also a winner, highly recommended.

She helped us with directions to our kayaking adventure the next morning. She also invited us to take a shower in their outdoor shower after we checked out, even providing towels for our use.

The kitchen is well maintained and allows you to sip coffee whilst enjoying the beautiful garden. The room was the perfect size for the two of us - warm and cosy.

Built in 1977, The Nunnery is located in central Te Aroha and offers a guest lounge and a shared patio with BBQ facilities. It is a 2-minute walk from the Te Aroha Mineral Spas. Home from home, very comfortable, quiet location, friendly company, stars were amazing from the balcony.
