Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Brighton Beach is located in Dunedin. Both free WiFi and parking on-site are available at the guest house free of charge. Beautiful accommodations. It had everything we needed for an extended stay, and the hosts were welcoming and very helpful. Included a beautiful sounding tui in the garden, which was an added bonus.

Offering a garden and river view, Top of the world studio nestled in the rock is located in Queensberry, 24 km from The Wanaka Tree and 38 km from Central Otago District Council. It has a wonderful view on top of the hill with five-star facilities, lovely hosts and two cute dogs. You should come early to enjoy the view! I arrived quite late and missed the sunset, but the sunrise was beautiful.

Featuring a garden, tennis court and views of mountain, Miners Lane Guest House is located in Clyde, 24 km from Central Otago District Council. Perfect location with a gorgeous view. Marnie the host was wonderful, she was very welcoming and gave us tips for dining in town. Absolutely recommend staying here.

Catlins Retreat B & B is situated in Owaka. Featuring garden and quiet street views, this guest house also includes free WiFi. Guests can access the guest house via private entrance. The home is warm and welcoming, with many amenities to support a comfortable stay: from extra heaters and blankets to plentiful mugs and dishes for tea or breakfast. The room is also spacious. Finally the host was available and helpful throughout our stay. We could walk to dinner in Owaka, which was an added bonus.

Located in Dunedin, near Otago Museum, Taieri Gorge Railway and Forsyth Barr Stadium, Sahara Guest House has a shared lounge. The guest house is in a beautiful building with plenty of space. The location was very close to town, university and Botanical gardens. Breakfast was a lovely bonus! Staff were incredibly friendly too!

We loved our stay here. It was spotless and beautifully styled with everything that we needed. Check in and out were seamless and the food and milk/juice for breakfast was a lovely touch. WiFi was good and the location is just a few short minutes from central Wanaka.

Boasting garden views, Mike & Jenny's Kaka Point Accommodation offers accommodation with patio, around 400 metres from Kaka Point Beach. Very comfortable accommodation in a great location. Mike was lovely and helpful and advance communication was excellent. Would recommend for a stay in Kaka Point
