Beautiful accommodations. It had everything we needed for an extended stay, and the hosts were welcoming and very helpful. Included a beautiful sounding tui in the garden, which was an added bonus.

Marnie the host was wonderful, she was very welcoming and gave us tips for dining in town. Absolutely recommend staying here.

Such a wonderful place with great history. Very cozy with lots of small details which make everything perfect for a nice stay. Jill the owner is such a friendly and helpful person. We would’ve loved to stay more time.

Located in Dunedin, near Otago Museum, Taieri Gorge Railway and Forsyth Barr Stadium, Sahara Guest House has a shared lounge. We really enjoyed our stay in Sahara. It’s a beautiful Victoria building with lots of care and maintenance. The location is great and connects to the city centre. Love the breakfast and tranquility of the neighborhood!

We loved our stay here. It was spotless and beautifully styled with everything that we needed. Check in and out were seamless and the food and milk/juice for breakfast was a lovely touch. WiFi was good and the location is just a few short minutes from central Wanaka.

Hosts friendly and informative We had two bedrooms, both comfortable and clean. Bathroom was fine, clear instructions regarding ventilation. It is a room with no outside wall. We had our own entrance and key. Nice kitchen area with toaster, microwave and kettle. With tea, coffee milk etc kindly provided. This house is on a bus route for those without personal transport. Walking distance to shops, restaurants and a pub. We only had one night in Dunedin but an very happy we chose this .
