Wisteria Way is a recently renovated guest house in Opononi, where guests can make the most of its garden and shared lounge. Bruce and Teresa are the loveliest and welcoming people. As soon as we arrived Bruce gave us a tour to show us around and it was lovely chatting with both of them. It’s a really small but beautiful place with lots of flowers and plants. There are two bathrooms in a cabin and they are spotless clean. In the kitchen cabin there are also board games and magazines if interested. Because you are outside of the city you can see the night sky pretty well and do some stargazing.

Featuring air-conditioned accommodation with a patio, Views to unwind - self contained unit w/king bed is set in Ruakaka. The views were beautiful and the unit itself was gorgeous. Nice big windows, super clean, and spacious. Great little kitchenette. Immaculate grounds. Even in proximity to the main house, it felt very private. My husband said it was the best self-contained booking he had ever stayed at for such a price (he was also comparing to AirBnBs)--and I would have to agree. It was in a great location for our next day of exploring too!

J&D Cottage, a property with a garden, is situated in Kerikeri, 26 km from Opua Forest, 4.5 km from Kemp House and Stone Store, as well as 21 km from Haruru Falls. We didn't have breakfast during our stay but next time will definitely take the opportunity. We were able to get a courteousy van from Homestead to pick us up and drop us off so we could enjoy a couple of beers. Lovely stay there and so thankful for the return of my phone. Location was great facilities also great but the best thing about the accommodation was the personal interest and support the owner Michael gave which was over and above the call of duty

Awesome place with stunning views and a lovely atmosphere. The house is magnificent, clean, and full of sun—a beautiful big kitchen and lots of healthy groceries like nuts, seeds...for free to use. The room was very tidy and comfortable!

Great communication from Jenny - easy to find key and let myself in. Facilities are new, clean, freash and inviting. Modern and lovely comfy bed to sleep in. TV is great to relax to, with Netflix etc included. Bathroom is spacious and new, great water pressure. Ranchslider to outide area will be lovely in the summer. Comfy warm sleep after a good movie, coffee and a bickie! (supplied!) WiFi connection is excellent.
