Everything was truly impeccable. Breakfast was very nice and the homemade cookies, granola and jams were a lovely touch! If you’re looking for a place to stay in Palmy, look no further, could not recommend them more enough 🥰

The property was thoughtfully appointed with quite a luxurious vibe. It has a great view over the river and was just a little bit different being an old signal box.

The garden surroundings were so beautiful and peaceful and my kids loved the dogs and friendly cat. The extra touches including home baked cookies and spreads were the absolute icing on the cake and made it extra special. The room was so clean and comfortable we all felt really comfortable and relaxed during our stay.

Amazing place, great location and Joy is a fantastic host! Would highly recommended! Having a nice, clean single room at such a low price was very appreciated and the commun area is perfect to work or to meet other travelers. Big kitchen!
