We were able to get a courteousy van from Homestead to pick us up and drop us off so we could enjoy a couple of beers. Lovely stay there and so thankful for the return of my phone. Just 450 metres from Kororareka Bay, Bellrock Lodge offers studios with a private balcony and lovely bay and town views. The owners Catherine and Stewart were the perfect hosts! They had a great balance between privacy and sharing important information about where to go.

Set in the Bay of Islands, Fantail River Lodge offers a garden. All rooms feature a TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom. Rooms come with a balcony with views of the garden. The breakfast supplies were varied and ample. The surrounds of the gardens were beautiful and we enjoyed strolling around them. The host was very friendly and helpful, providing information about good restaurants and things to do in the area. The accomodation was only a 5 minute drive to Paihia.

Incredible view over the bay, very nice and comfortable Studio with all amenities. Perfect location for a couple. Very quick walk to town center but also peacefully quiet. Stacy is a wonderful host!
