Really nicely appointed rooms, quiet and comfortable. All required facilities. Great location. Prking was a bit too expensive (NZ$45 / night - self parked on site - but alternatives they notofy are much cheaper and not too inconvenient but at an outide location. Second room was excellent for wifi.
Amazing hosts, the cleanliness, comfortable bed, slept well. Quiet location. Ground floor room, easy access. Great value . Our induction to the property was thorough and well received thanks to a great host.
Area was rather quiet and peaceful for a good night's rest, great location. Friendly staff and clean toilets. There's a supermarket just 5 min walk away and a nice park next to the lodge. kitchen isn't always crowded, plenty of space to cook. There's also bus stop nearby if you don't drive and walkable to city centre. Highly recommended!
Great location for us to visit family. Our hosts were very welcoming and great to chat to or be left alone if you wanted privacy. Accommodation was very welcoming,clean and cosy with a comfortable bed Tea and coffee provided with some cereal, yoghurt and milk for breakfast which was a bonus. Also there was use of the shared kitchen and lounge area with a great patio dining area outside weather permitting Both Chrissy and Jim are great hosts we would highly recommend to stay
Great location close to Mt Eden and the city centre. Near the shopping center. We had the whole apartment, which was very comfortable. There was a kitchen and everything we needed. Comfortable beds, quiet rooms. The staff is very responsive and pleasant and unobtrusive. Secure parking under the building and safe.

Great hosts! Great location - the very heart of Auckland. Close (2km) from city centre and the ferries to all the sites of Auckland! The homestead is beautiful! 6 star luxury - worth every cent!
