A great place to use as a base for touring Swakopmund and the area around it (Walvis Bay, Skeleton Coast). The staff at the front desk could not have been more friendly and helpful. Within a view minutes' walk of the best restaurants in town, of which there are several. Quiet. At first I wondered about not having a breakfast room on the property, but this was not a problem at all. The voucher worth N$125 was good for 3 nearby cafés. I liked the Village Café the best.

The location was great, very quiet but near enough to walk to shops and restaurants and the sea! If we make it back to Swakopmund in the future, we’ll definitely be back at the Secret Garden.
