You hear all the beautiful jungle noises and see a stunning visa morning and evening. The hosts are amazing. So generous and kind. We ended up with homemade food for a snack because his neighbor was cooking. It feels truly authentic in a way that many places in Mexico don’t anymore. We got up early to enter the archeological site, so we can’t comment on breakfast, I’m sure it would have been delicious. I enjoyed the hammock and chairs to sit outside and enjoy the lake view. It’s an easy stroll to the other side of the lake with restaurants and the Coba site.

Big bathroom with nice warm shower. Close to the ferry, the town center and dive shops. Also great service from Carolina.
