There is an amazing garden in front of the room. A shared open kitchen is available to everyone, with grill, amacas and a lot of place to chill in the open air. Casa Umay is very close to the center and to the lake, you can easily reach any place by foot. There is also a cafè right next to the entrance. The room is simple and has anything need :)

Very nice people run the place. Rodolfo was always there for us and very friendly. Kitchen was nice, hot water in the shower and even a coffeemaschine. We felt very welcomed and it was always nice to get back from the city center:)

Casa Mech asub 400 meetri kaugusel Playa Holboxist ja 2,9 km kaugusel Punta Cocost Holboxi saarel. Majutusruumides on istumisnurk. Majutusasutusest avaneb vaade aiale ja sisehoovile. Amazing stay - beautifully designed yet super cosy little hotel, with the feeling of a laid back family guesthouse. So many beautiful details like the tree growing in the staircase, and the wooden shutters on the windows. The brother and sister who run the place are so welcoming and helpful. Everything was comfortable, I had a fantastic stay and would definitely return.

If you look at the hotel from the street you’ll get a confused vibe since it looks like it was more of a vacation home at some point rather than a hotel. You get welcomed by a super friendly and welcoming host. The common areas are in fact like a house. Once you get into your room you’ll notice a nice decorated room very simple and good looking contrasting a lot with the weird green the hotel has from the outside. The room has a private balcony overseeing the lake. Even though this hotel is small the level of cleanliness in the room and bathroom were better than the 5 star hotel we stayed at in Cancun. The name of the hotel was something that made me doubt when I was looking where to stay since it doesn’t make the place justice as how much attention and care it gets put into it. If you are doubting to stay here… don’t. Go on a reserve with confidence I would (and will) definitely go back. Access to the lake is great, included kayaks and the parking has a gate which gets closed at night which made me sleep more comfortable knowing my car wasn’t sitting in a parking with acces from the street which mosts hotels in the area have. Also the host has the most lovely and friendly dog.

Zamunda Garden View asub Tulumis, Tulumi arheoloogilisest paigast 5 km kaugusel. Kohapeal on välibassein, tasuta eraparkla, aed ja terrass. A true oasis in the heart of Tulum. A very well-appointed accommodation, with lots of super useful little details. A lot of thought was put into making one’s stay comfortable and lacking nothing. Erica is an outstanding host, always ready to help. She really makes you feel at home. Exceptional!

Aia ja järvevaatega Casa Ik en Coba on hiljuti renoveeritud külalistemaja, mis asub Cobás, 50 km kaugusel Tulumi arheoloogilisest paigast. Great location - right on the lake. You hear all the beautiful jungle noises and see a stunning visa morning and evening. The hosts are amazing. So generous and kind. We ended up with homemade food for a snack because his neighbor was cooking. It feels truly authentic in a way that many places in Mexico don’t anymore. We got up early to enter the archeological site, so we can’t comment on breakfast, I’m sure it would have been delicious. I enjoyed the hammock and chairs to sit outside and enjoy the lake view. It’s an easy stroll to the other side of the lake with restaurants and the Coba site.

Was a bit sceptical about choosing a place with so few reviews but it was definitely worth it. The room was spacious with plenty natural light and a little balcony. Big bathroom with nice warm shower. Close to the ferry, the town center and dive shops. Also great service from Carolina.
