Super nice, clean and cosy facility, very friendly and caring owner. Great access to the airport, only a 7 min taxi ride away. I stayed for 1 night in the shared dorm which is divided in two separate rooms with 2 beds each and private bathroom. In front of these rooms is a well equipped kitchen with a big table to sit at. Very cozy and homelike feeling.

The staff is incredibly sweet and very helpful. I would love to come back and stay longer. Definitely the best coliving in town!

I will absolutely come back to this secluded corner of the natural haven that is the Oaxacan coast. Puerto Escondido is a port town on Mexico's Pacific coast in the state of Oaxaca. Although it's one of the most popular destinations on the Oaxacan coast, Puerto Escondido retains its rustic and relaxed atmosphere. The name Puerto Escondido means "the hidden port." I assumed it derived from the camouflaged bays around the town, but there is a more interesting story. Legend has it that a pirate named Andrés Drake kidnapped a young Mixtec woman from the village of Santa María Huatulco. While the pirates were camped out in the bay of what is now Puerto Escondido, she escaped and hid from her kidnappers. The pirates referred to her as "La Escondida" (the hidden one), and they looked for her every time they returned to the bay.

The location was the best: not too far from the beach but also in a very calm street. The beds very comfortable places to eat. The staff are very friendly and respectable. They see you still in your room and let you that they will come back to clean. Thank you Corinna for the lovely stay and visit! You are an incredible host! My partner definitely loved the theme of the rooms for our escape.
