Everything was nice and comfortable. The amenities all worked perfectly, help was always available if you needed it and the facility had it's own small gated parking lot. You can tell lots of care went into this hotel. I highly recommend Discovery Saipan Hotel to all!

Good location, but nothing to tell except the good location. It is guesthouse, but compare to the other hostels in Garapan, still not worth the price.

The Saipan Beach Hotel and the hospitality far exceeded my expectations. It's beautiful and located right on the beach. When I visited, the restaurant was still closed, but the owners gave me recommendations for where to eat and even drove me to the grocery store to pick up breakfast items (there was a fridge and microwave in the room) and to a delicious Thai restaurant to get a takeout dinner. It's a quiet location and ideal to get away from things. Great for stargazing and watching the sunrise.
This is the second time we have stayed here at the G.T Guesthouse and we were very satisfied. the bed was clean and the bathroom is very spacious. the location is perfect as you can walk to the american memorial park as well as other shops or restaurants. We were also made to feel very welcome by the receptionist and would choose this hotel again.
They offer various breakfast, the price is ok; the hotel have facilities like gym, swimming pool, laundry; even fresh fruits 😂; plants and flowers everywhere; ample relaxing space like in a garden; 100 meters away from beach...
