Good location, but nothing to tell except the good location. It is guesthouse, but compare to the other hostels in Garapan, still not worth the price.

Everything was great! This is a clean and well-run guest house with 7 rooms. It is much cheaper than staying in a hotel and you are close to the shopping area and beach. I stayed in room #6 which was a private double room with private bathroom. The room was large and clean. In the lobby there was also a water dispenser and a microwave which I used daily. The woman (Jenny) who runs it is very helpful.
The location was good and the host papa was very kind, neat and perfect house. Take care of the towels and water you need every day. This is a quiet little guest house in the middle of Garapan. It is a guest house, which means it is not a hotel with dedicated staff. Access is by keyed lock (very convenient and easy to use), and check-in and check-out are simple processes. It is a cash-only property, which is fine - one just needs to know! The property manager is very responsive to questions and concerns, so the atmosphere is quite professional despite the simplistic setup. The room was spacious and the air conditioning worked very well. It was a veritable oasis!
