Sarath and his family are the most welcoming and amiable hosts we had on our journey in Sri Lanka. The lodging is on top of a hill and inside a plantation so you are all surrounded by beautiful nature. As part of the plantation Sarath and his family are growing their own coffee and spices from which Sarath's wife cooked a most delicious breakfast and dinner. We enjoyed our stay at Plantation Retreat very much and will never forget the welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. We can very much recommend a stay here.

Overlooking stunning nature views, Strathisla Guest House features an outdoor swimming pool and barbeque facilities. Guests can also enjoy free Wi-Fi access at all areas of the property. Perfect stay. Very attentive and nice staff. Breakfast and dinner were great and tasty. The morning walk was so enjoyable. The reading room had even a nice puzzle which we made. Nice swimming pool. We wished we could stay longer. The dogs are friendly too. Thank you very much! 😊

I loved the old style of the house with its inner courtyards, and large verandah. Our hosts were very welcoming and attentive and generous with snacks etc. We enjoyed the bird life in the garden.

Ubytovanie Paradise Forest Garden sa nachádza v destinácii Matale 35 km od miesta Nákupné centrum Kandy City Center. I had a delightful stay. The room was lovely and views fantastic. What really made the stay were the staff. I stayed half board and the cook made fabulous food - the best I've had in Sri Lanka and the portions were huge! The manager was also great, picked me up from train, dropped me off at bus station and made sure I got on the right bus. And lovely Santi, waitress/cleaner was full of smiles . I am a solo female and I felt looked after by these lovely people. I 100% recommend and Id definitely return.

This 1930s bungalow is sprawled across 98 acres of a tea plantation, at the foot of the Knuckles Mountain Range. Beautiful guesthouse, stunning location, great food and a lovely, warm caring staff. The guesthouse could not be faulted, we loved it.

The apartment itself is huge, there is a spaceous livingroom, a dinning area, a balcony, a kitchen, and you can use all of that. It is close to Matale. They serve a good breakfast.
