The owner attends to his guests himself to make sure that our stay is great and exceeds expectations. They organized a cute setup for our friend whose birthday happened to be during our stay, they allowed us to check out later free of charge, and even arranged for a homemade lunch at the guesthouse itself, on the pergola, which was great. Highly recommended!

Situated just 2 km from Kalutara Beach, The Elegance features accommodation in Kalutara with access to a garden, a bar, as well as luggage storage space. The peace and birdsong. The lady was lovely couldn't do enough to make us comfortable. The roof garden was beautiful only used it once to relax .A adequate balcony to sit our on. Lots of kitchenware to make food if necessary.

It was my first accommodation in Sri Lanka, and it was the best start I could get: The host picked me up from the airport, helped me to get cash and a SIM card and explained a lot about the country and Beruwala with a lot of tips of what to do. The room was nice and clean and the house is right at the beach, with a big balcony facing the sea. I got amazing Sri Lankan breakfast every morning on the balcony and the hosts checked in with me regularly to make sure I have a smooth stay and to recommend things to do and places to visit. I can highly recommend the stay and would book again if I return to Beruwala.

The accomodation has its own tuk tuk to take you and bring you back free of charge if you don't want to walk. Highly recommended.

Fabulous, large, clean room. Super comfortable bed. Wonderful food. Sam - he and his staff could not have been more helpful and caring to make sure we had a great stay. Excellent value for money all round. Amazing river trip organised by Sam - saw LOTS of wildlife. It started our holiday beautifully - thank you 🤩
