Where do I even begin… Anathan’s place was an oasis, a safe haven for me after I spent a few days in the hectic and chaotic Colombo. From the very first moment that I arrived to the very last minute that I left, I always felt taken care of, spoiled almost, and above everything, I felt at home. In fact, Anathan’s place was so comfortable, so peaceful that it felt almost difficult to get out and explore the town. Obviously a home isn’t a home without its host. And for that, I have to thank Ananthan for going above and beyond to provide me with a comfortable stay. He always made sure that I had enough for breakfast, always asked if I wanted more tea and coffee (and yes, please), and even brought me along to the ceremonies at the Nallur temple where his family and friends were also there, welcoming me with unparalleled warmth and hospitality. Even though I was a solo traveller, I had never felt lonely during the entire stay. Ananthan was always there should I need anything. It brought me great joy and peace just to sit by the patio and listen to the singing of the birds and the rustling of the trees. I was sad that I could not stay longer. And I’d return, time and again.

The young couple hosts were so friendly and helpful. They invited us to the Hindu festival which was amazing experience. The house is beautiful and very spacious and clean. The living areas are shared but with no one else booked in we enjoyed it alone. Very good air conditioned living area and great kitchen with all you need. Would definitely stay here again.

Flamingo Villa asub Jaffnas, Jaffna raudteejaamast vaid 100 meetri kaugusel. Kohapeal on aed, ühine puhkeruum ja pakihoid. Majutusasutuses on ühisköök ja piknikuala. Best place to stay in Jaffna. Too closed to Jaffna Town. Flamingo is nice place and comfortable rooms and cleaned. Staff was very surportive. Tasty foods. I enjoyed my vacation.

Nallur Residence asub Jaffnas, 400 meetri kaugusel Nallur Kandaswamy templist ja 2,4 km kaugusel Jaffna raudteejaamast. Tubades on konditsioneer ja privaatne vannituba. it was a pleasant stay, the Host was really helpful. Breakfast was great and delicious. happy with overall stay!

Aia, tasuta privaatse parkimise, ühise puhkeruumi ja terrassiga Brinthavanam Days Inn asub Jaffnas, 2,5 km kaugusel Nallur Kandaswamy templist. I had a great stay in this guesthouse ! The room was clean, the AC worked perfectly and the hosts were super nice. They have laundry service if needed for a cheap price and breakfast was included also. If needed, you can also rent a scooter from them. I highly recommend this guesthouse if you come to Jaffna !

The accommodation is very clean and comfortable. The bathroom is super clean with all facilities. The room is very spacious. Aircon worked great. Had delicious Srilankan breakfast. The staff is very nice, kind, humble, and friendly personal. Staff is always available to help you with great smile. This is an added value to your stay at this accommodation. In fact, the staff personal Mr. Prasad helped me in arranging bus ticket to Colombo, money exchange, local visits and local transportation. The staff arranged Taxi service to visit local tourist places in and around Jaffna for two days. The taxi driver Mr. Vinod is very humble, kind, and helpful personal. His services are exceptional. He is a good guide too. Mr. Vinod knows the full history of Jaffna. He can speak multiple languages including Tamil, Hindi, English, etc. I had great conversation with Mr. Vinod to know more about the great Jaffna town. I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr. Prasad (staff) and Mr. Vinod (taxi driver) for their help and hospitality during my 3 nights stay at Senthil Complex.

Our host Dilan is an awesome fellow. Helpful, great chatter, made us feel super welcome, we feel we made a friend in him.
