Spacious bedroom & bathroom, immaculately clean. AC & fan are both available so you can choose. Location is perfect situated between Kalkudah & Pasikuda Beach. You can use the local hotel for a small charge (Laya $3 Uga $8). Krish and her staff are very kind & welcoming. Krish really is an incredible woman, goes above and beyond for her guests. We had a meal across the road that did not satisfy & after reading reviews about Krish’ food (request in advance) we had an exceptional meal of prawns, rice and curry. Thank you so much Krish, it was a pleasure meeting you. 2 nights wasn’t enough. Expect a quiet area with no WiFi, clean, comfortable and spacious- you will not be disappointed! Sri Lankan breakfast was also superb.

A very comfortable bed, I had the best sleep during my stay in Sri Lanka. The AC works like a charm. Nice people, nice place. We came by tuk-tuk and we parked it inside the property which is a plus.

My stay at this guest house was fantastic! The beach is only a short stroll away, and the serene surroundings filled with the sounds of birds made for an incredibly soothing getaway. The rooms provided everything I needed, were comfortable and well-kept. I also like that they had cycles available so I could go around the region with ease. I had a great yoga lesson on-site, and that really renewed me. All in all, a fantastic location, calm surroundings, and well thought-out amenities made my stay very remarkable. I heartily suggest it to anyone searching for a tranquil beach getaway.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were always happy when he talked to us. He was really great. We were even allowed to extend our stay by one night. The rooms are big and comfortable.

Juda Holiday Villa, a property with a garden, is situated in Batticaloa, 200 metres from Kallady Beach, 2.3 km from Batticaloa Railway Station, as well as 3.5 km from Dutch Fort Batticaloa. The proprietor was really helpful and kind, and they also prepared a delicious meal for us.

Situated 1.5 km from Pasikuda Beach, New Land Guest House offers accommodation with a patio, as well as free bikes and a garden. Extremely clean room. Brand new mosquito nets. Lovely balcony. Delicious veg omelette for breakfast. Free bicycles to use to explore. Few mins away from Pasidukah and Kalkudah beaches. Family run hotel, Runi (main guy, owner) is a very kind and humble man. Always wanting to help us with anything we needed and brought us hot coffee in the mornings. Little shop very close by, a hopper man sets up his stall just outside in the evenings. Will definitely stay here again. Excellent value for money. Thanks for a lovely stay :)

This hotel offers the perfect beachside retreat, with proximity to both Kalkudah and Passikudah beaches. Being situated near these two stunning beaches offers guests the convenience of exploring and enjoying the beauty of two distinct coastal paradises. The food at the hotel exceeded our expectations, with a variety of delicious options to choose from. Every moment spent at the hotel was enjoyable, thanks to the excellent service and attention to detail from the staff. Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of amazing, and we can't wait to return for another relaxing getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a perfect beachside retreat with great value for money.

Located within less than 1 km of Dutch Fort Batticaloa and a 19-minute walk of Batticaloa Railway Station in Batticaloa, Sri Construction Circuit Bungalow features accommodation with seating area. It was a quick stay but the host ensured I had everything I needed from the moment I arrived. The room was very large with lots of areas to sit and or set your personal items on which was appreciated. I had a spacious kitchen to cook if I preferred (grocery store right down the street). The bathroom was on the smaller side but had everything you’d need.
