Offering quiet street views, RoaBaa Guesthouse is an accommodation located in Batticaloa, 3.2 km from Dutch Fort Batticaloa and 5 km from Batticaloa Lighthouse. Fantastic place! The host, Nava, was very attentive and thorough. The room was clean, well furnished, good AC and fan. The bathroom was clean and had a good shower. Well priced - we would have happily paid more for our stay.

Very nice homestay place, there are several rooms, shared living room, shared open air dinner place and big secured parking. Owners family is very nice and friendly it was very nice to speak with. Our room was comfortable, bed was comfortable too, bathroom was big and clean(everything was perfectly clean). Very good air condition in the room. And good sound isolation. We sleept very well here. We ordered dinner and breakfast here - all was tasty.

Featuring garden views, Lord Of Beach Resort & Yoga Meditation Centre provides accommodation with a garden and a balcony, around less than 1 km from Kallady Beach. Neem is a relaxing and quiet place. The owner goes out of his way to make the stay enjoyable and nothing is too much trouble. On the day that we left he called his tuktuk guy at 5 in the morning to make sure that he would be coming to pick us up for our early train. Our room was fan cooled but aircon is available for a small surcharge. Also the guest house is a few minutes walk to a stunning beach. (confident swimmers only)

She build the place, she manages the place, she is all round. Together with another lady she make this place unique.

Set near Pasikuda Beach and Kalkudah Beach, AHSRAM Accommodations is in Pasikuda and offers free private parking and a restaurant. This is a lovely place, well located close to both beaches and very comfortable!!! We had an air-conditioned room with everything you need and a huge garden. Breakfast was amazing, and we wish to had eaten there more often. The family is lovely (they speak perfect English), and the man who helps them as well. We were treated to coconuts and lovely fruit juices, and they even provided us with water so we didn't need to carry and buy bottles. Our son loved little chicks that were running around 😊 we cannot recommend this place highly enough and would definitely come again!

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were always happy when he talked to us. He was really great. We were even allowed to extend our stay by one night. The rooms are big and comfortable.

Juda Holiday Villa, a property with a garden, is situated in Batticaloa, 200 metres from Kallady Beach, 2.3 km from Batticaloa Railway Station, as well as 3.5 km from Dutch Fort Batticaloa. The place was clean and well situated. One young lovely couple hosting guests in two rooms. Big breakfast for 1000 Rs served by them in the morning in requested time.

Situated 1.5 km from Pasikuda Beach, New Land Guest House offers accommodation with a patio, as well as free bikes and a garden. There's a beautiful area to sit outside the room with tables and chairs and space to dry your laundry! We ate breakfast and dinner at the guest house every day and the food was lovely and reasonably priced. They even accommodated our vegan diet, changing some items around and swapping out eggs for dal etc. The room was more spacious than expected and came with a mosquito net that was in good condition! The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean! It also had not only a big light but a smaller dim-able softer light which is so rare in budget accommodation and is so nice for ambiance in the evenings! The best thing about this guest house is the free bicycles they let you use. They have four, so there was always a bike when we wanted one. The bikes made getting to and from the beaches so much quicker and easier, and it was also really fun. The roads are quiet around here and lots of people cycle so it always felt safe. They also have free Wi-Fi that worked really well! This is the perfect place to stay in Pasikuda for cheap! The guest house is located between Pasikuda beach and our favourite, quieter beach - Kalkudah. (Highly recommend going for a sunset swim at Kalkudah beach!) It's family run and the family running it are so lovely and friendly. Communicating with them was a breeze and they were always happy to help us!
