The property was super easy to find, we checked-in a bit late and even though the lady that waited for us was super kind. The room was clean and all the necessities were provided! I did not have a sim card with a phone number so I could not book kakaoT taxis so I asked for help because we had to leave at 5:00am to take the KTX. The lady called the taxi for us at 5:00am, she could not have been kinder or more helpful, I recommend this guesthouse 100% :)

The staff was very friendly. They let us check in early and recommended places to see and eat while we were in Jeonju. They also called a taxi for us to get back to the train station. The hanok was beautiful and the location was ideal to explore the hanok village on foot.

The location is excellent: not too close, not too far ( we could sleep without getting up due to outside noises). The owners were really sweet and they helped us with our luggages and they told us what to do and where were the best restaurants.

Providing inner courtyard views and a garden, Hanok Hyeyum provides accommodation in a prime location in Jeonju, within a short distance of Jeonju Hanok Village, Omokdae and Imokdae and Jeonju Fan... I think the owner was friendly, accommodating, and very helpful. He even helped us to call a taxi to the KTX station after our time in Jeonju was finished. I'd definitely come back if I ever happen to visit Jeonju again.

The owner was really nice and try to accommodate all our needs. The breakfast was outstanding! And we really appreciate that she helped us get a taxi in the morning!
