Situated within less than 1 km of Lighthouse Beach and 2.5 km of Sokcho Beach, SokCho Station Hostel features rooms with air conditioning and a shared bathroom in Sokcho. I was in shock from how good the hostel was, it was honestly a treat after the disaster of my hostel in Seoul. Right next to the direct bus to Seoraksan and about a 10-15 minute walk to all the restaurants/market. The beds were huge and the curtains are really good at blocking out the light. If I ever come back to Sokcho I'll be booking here.

Sparkling clean and was able to use the body board at the beach. There was also a surf board, but missed the spring high tide- so didn’t use it. Fell asleep relaxing on the hammock in the afternoon- was perfect!
