The lady is lovely and very helpful. It’s a little bit outside the town but there are matatus to Naivasha for 40KSH. Small shops and a supermarket (15-20min walking) are nearby. We went to Hells Gate Nationalpark with using Matatus (40KSH to town and 150KSH to Elsas Gate), but she can also help you to arrange private transport if you wish so. We had a great time and extended our stay :)

Villa -Guesthousejane & Apartments ligger i Naivasha i Nakuru County-regionen, 12 km fra Crescent Island Game Park. I was planning to stay here for 3 days but ended up extending for 3 more nights. It is a very chill place with a great people who work there! I didn't had kitchen in my room but the stuff was kind enough to warm the food from the supermarket for me. The location is also good you can go to the main street for like 7 minutes or you can go with Uber which is about 2$. To get to Hell's gate by Uber from here was aslo not expensive about 6$
