The place was very clean, seems quite new or recently renovated. It's big but when I went there at the end of May, there were very few people. Quiet, well equipped. The staff is very nice but speaks very little English, we used Google Translate to be able to communicate! Very close to the sand dunes, so it's really easy to go walk from there.

Jock is a wonderful host, very giving with his time and tips. Made us takoyaki, which was yum!!! Parents found the chairs a bit hard (used to a sofa :) ), but it was fine. Location was fine, ten mins to at least 2 supermarkets and maybe 15 mins to main train station - easy to walk.
