Da Fern, a property with a garden, is situated in Sakaiminato, 1.3 km from Mizuki Shigeru Road, 23 km from Lafcadio Hearn Memorial Museum, as well as 27 km from Lake Shinji. Jock is a wonderful host, very giving with his time and tips. Made us takoyaki, which was yum!!! Parents found the chairs a bit hard (used to a sofa :) ), but it was fine. Location was fine, ten mins to at least 2 supermarkets and maybe 15 mins to main train station - easy to walk.
