The house layout also creates a social atmosphere where the hosts are always present and ready to help or simply chat with you.

Situated 44 km from Resonac Dome Oita, 湯布院月灯り offers accommodation with a balcony, as well as a garden and a shared lounge. The bedding was comfortable and the breakfast was sumptuous. The host was was thoughtful and when she noticed my young child was not eating much of the food, she prepared another sandwich for her. She also made an effort to share the stories behind some of the figurines she gave the kids using the translator. We had a great time!

Guesthouse RETURN, a property with free bikes, is located in Kitsuki, 37 km from Oita Station, 41 km from Kinrinko Lake, as well as 1.6 km from Kitsuki Castle. Superb property. A standalone unit located next to the host's house. The property is furnished well and reminded me of a personal bach/summer house, feels like home - loved it. The property is well equipped - a full-blown kitchen with everything you need to cook, a bathroom, a dining table, a fridge, free Wi-Fi, and free parking. The owner left some "welcome" ice cream in the freezer and then brought a watermelon he had grown in his garden as a welcome gift. Nice touch. Big supermarket store right next door - food, drinks, medicines etc. (cash only). Great location - close to major Katsuki attractions, not long drive to Beppu. The host is very friendly and helpful. At the end of the stay, he gave us a tour of Kitsuki samurai residences which was a great bonus. Thank you, sir, it was much appreciated. I highly recommend to stay here if you're visiting Kitsuki, Beppu or nearby areas.

Located in Kunisaki in the Oita region, with Oita Airport Observation Deck nearby, Crane / Vacation STAY 564 provides accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Honestly can not fault the accommodation it was so lovely and welcoming and the hosts could not do enough for us would certainly recommend anyone to stay very close to the airport would stay again if we come back.
