We were right above a restaurant and it did not disturb us at all. Generous 1,5L of water in a fridge was a pleasant surprise, no need to run to buy it. Teapot, there was quite a selection of tea bags and instant coffee. Breakfast in a bar across the street was very good, you can choose 3 things (we had a cappuccino and 2 pastries of our choice each).
