All units in the guest house are fitted with a flat-screen TV with streaming services. Featuring a private bathroom with a bidet and a hair dryer, units at the guest house also feature free WiFi, while some rooms also feature a terrace. At the guest house, units come with bed linen and towels. Everything was perfect. The room, the location, the breakfast was incredible. The host was so accommodating and gave us information for everything we wanted. I highly recommend this place. I will be back for sure.

Comfortable bed. Location: close to the sea and cafes. I was able to check in a little early :) The concierge met me at the building to explain how everything works. They also give great recommendations for local attractions.

Sa Domu is a small, charming guest house with a family-run atmosphere and a central location in Cagliari, just a 5-minute walk from the harbour and train station. All rooms offer free wired internet and an LCD TV with pay-per-view channels. This was honestly the best experience we had with any accommodation so far. All staff led by Mrs. Monica was amazing and treated us as like family. Breakfast was super tasty with lots of eggs and ham (unusual for Italy :)), but we also tasted some home made cakes and ricotta with fruit. Beds were comfy, rooms clean and we were literally living in the center - few steps from all amenities. If I will ever be in Cagliari again, I will stay here for sure.

Great apartment. Very clean and tidy. Almost new. The different themes for different rooms is a nice touch. Very well equipped, has everything you can ask for. Angelo is an excellent host who gave us tips and guidance throughout our stay. Very nice welcoming basket and small gifts hidden in the apartment. Great location, just outside the city center, within 10 mins you are in the city center. To get to the beach a car is recommended. Very quiet and calm gated community. We didn't miss anything.
Great apartament, great location and great host. The apartament was close to the city center, the beach, supermarket and the bus station. It was very clean, with a new furniture, clean towels, bed sheets, kitchen and a small balcony, like in the pictures. Giuseppe is a great host, kindly and asertive person, who give me all the information about the best places, restaurants and everything I need. He offers me coffee, tea, water and the best cookies from Sardinia. I recommend it. Grazie Giuseppe per tutti. 🤗
Fabio and Pasqua was great hosts, very helpfull. Rooms was clean, well equipped and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was tasty, with fresh fruits and excelent homemade jams. Locality is quiet and it's good starting point for many must see places nearby. We enjoy stay in B&B tiscali very much.
The property is exactly as advertised. A great location in the heart of Cagliari, close to very many good restaurants and coffee shops. It is quiet, comfortable and has all necessary amenities. The local buses are brilliant, easy to use and pay for (just download the CTM Bus Finder App - all local routes/timetables and ticket payments are on line). Mario and Jenny were great hosts, helping out with top tips for the best local trips, shops and beaches. I can’t recommend Sonnino House and Cagliari itself highly enough!
Great location - close to the city center and right next to the best market in Cagliari - The San Benedetto Market. The apartment was very large, clean and elegantly furnished. Francesco is a great host, caring and welcoming. So easy to contact and extremely keen to make sure that everything was perfect.
Great location by the beach with buses to city centre in 15 mins. Gianni was very kind and welcoming and a great host. This was my second time staying here and I will return soon.
Perfect quiet location in city center with in our room a sunny terrace to relax. Nicely decorated and modernised place. Great host, easy check-in and helpful.
Very close to the city center, supermarket & to the beach (but the beach... well, find another one). Apartment is clean & cosy and in a quiet area. There is a frige and A/C (but only in living room & main bedroom). Great host! She explained us everything - in English! - which was a rarity during our holidays ;)
