Essenza was the most unique of our stays in Sardinia. The property was so relaxing and beautiful and a great place to just hang out and enjoy nature. Our room was very charming and had an old world feel to it. The breakfast was really lovely and the room that we had in it was special in itself. We also had a wonderful massage in their garden patio.

The room was exactly as pictured, and larger than expected. Very cozy. Comfortable luxury bed and nice sofa to lounge on. Conveniently located to several beaches as well as the airport. Easy parking right out front. Helpful host. Small refrigerator and coffee machine were a plus. Would definitely return on next visit.

Newly equipped furnitures and place. AC works well. There is a little fridge for refreshments, shared kitchen with equipments and BBQ works with the gas in the garden. Just 2 mins away from a supermarket, 15 mins away from the beach by walk.
Breakfast (a coffee and a bakery product) was in a cafe they agreed, it was on the way to beach just 7-8mins away.

High end boutique style room with private bathroom and terrace, all.with modern fittings. Very comfortable bed, coffee machine, very nice modern bathroom. There is a shared area outside to prepare food but we eat out. 15 minutes walk to beach (small supermarkethalf way there), 8 minute walk to lovely centre which is very buzzing at night with people. Good quiet sleep.on both nights. Host very helpful with various answers to questions over the time we stayed. Would love to stay here again.
Great location with easy walking distance to La Cinta beach and also to the town centre. Shops nearby, WiFi, TV (which we used with HDMI cable we brought to watch our own stuff from laptop). Quiet location, lovely garden, easy to communicate with hosts. Also easy to get a beach bus to other nearby beaches from road nearby.
Its a big apartment, with everything there you need. Two seperate bedrooms, a fully equiped kitchen with every tool you need to cook. Washingmachine, Dishwasher. Guilia and her family are great hosts, very helpfull. You can rent bikes directly, which makes it easier to get to the beach. The Apartment is really close to the city center.

Good communication with host. Had its own BBQ. No kettle on arrival but one provided next day when requested
The host was very kind and welcoming, and was very helpful to us during our stay. The apartment is in a great location, in a quiet residential street, close to the Centro area. The apartment is very comfortable and had everything we needed - beds, living area, kitchen, nice outdoor terrace with seating. I would definitely stay here again
Cute B&B, it is in a quiet street and surrounded by nature. The location was nice to check out beaches nearby and to visit the Tavolara Island! The small city centre of San Teodoro is 5 minutes by car and easy to reach. We have not met the host in person but communication was fast via Whatsapp.
Very nice apartment in a great location, 5 min walk to La Cinta beach and 15 min walk to the city center with many restaurants, bars. The host was very helpful and received many good info about our stay and what to do around!
