This family-run property is 400 metres off Route 1 and 15 km from Selfoss. It offers free Wi-Fi and a terrace. Homemade bread, jam and pastries are served for breakfast. Great property..very comfortable stay. Enjoyed our stay at this property.

The communication from booking and right through our stay was brilliant from Dmitrii and Ögmundur. The cabin itself is gorgeous and the location is perfect. It’s located next to a restaurant but yet still isolated enough to enjoy your own company. The hot tub while surround by snow is surreal. I cannot fault this property one bit. We will be back and have been sharing the property details with our friends and families since we returned home.

The location is so remote that you can enjoy the quiet and peace. Susanna the owner is really nice and helpful. There is a kitchen to share with the other two cabins that has literally everything and the hot tub was amazing. They have two adorable doggies :) :)

Lovely little guest house in a remote quiet area, the host was so friendly and helpful and gave us tips on places to have a look around nearby which we were very grateful for. Very comfortable beds and lovely rooms. Breakfast was plentiful continental style which we really enjoyed. Highly recommend this place!

The space and the surroundings was beautiful and comfortable. Although there might be others sharing it was still good enough to catch up with different people. There is some stables there which they allow for you to go and see and maybe have a coffee with the host he is a gentleman. Oh yeah he there is a very exciting friendly dog on site who loves staying outdoors to have fun.. snow or shine he enjoys running around.. honestly a brilliant place to stay and in a perfect location for the golden circle, geysir and the gulfoss falls.
