I had an excellent experience staying at Lhachik Guesthouse. I had only planned to stay for a few days prior to trekking, but do to an injury ended up staying for about weeks and am very happy I did. The owners are very welcoming and accommodating. They have a comfortable rooftop with great views and good chai is always available. Dinner is available at a reasonable price and is excellent. The rooms and facilities were clean and comfortable. It is located in a tranquil neighborhood within close walking distance to everything of interest. It will be the first place I look to stay next time I am in Leh.

Kunzes Angmo is a lovely motherly lady who cooks beautiful food. Bagerat is a young man who was always attentive to our needs, helpful and pleasant. Thank you all for your welcome. We miss you!
