We're already planning our next stay here for next year with our family. They have a 3 star ⭐⭐⭐ rating, which in our opinion and we have traveled extensively is way too low, try it for yourselves you won't be disappointed... An absolute gem!

The most wonderful guest house, run by a wonderful host. We stayed for two nights and did not want to leave. We will definitely be returning. The breakfast was simply superb! David prepared the most amazing spread of fresh fruits, pastries and a hot course. This is perfect location for exploring Clondkility and west cork. A charming boutique hotel with comfy beds, a coffee/tea station (with cookies!), little sitting rooms, and a gracious hostess (Ann). Would most definitely stay here again. Location was perfect - quiet, but in the heart of town.
Lovely guesthouse in a great location with an easy walk to the centre of town. The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the guesthouse was immaculate and beautifully furnished and very clean. Would definitely recommend this to anyone going to Kinsale.

Fritz is a great host, so nice. Great location, so peaceful and quiet. Myself and my dog enjoyed every minute of our time here, wish we could have stayed longer. The house is spotless and so cosy, we will be back. It is a credit to the host what he has done to create a calm, peaceful and beautiful location away from the hustle and bustle of city life. Loved it.
