Excellent location; perfect for the NEC and easy to reach. Breakfast was very good & you could virtually have whatever you liked (Bacon sandwich was a must!). The hospitality of the hosts was second to none; the personal touch really does make a difference. I'd stay here again without hesitation & this is one of the best guesthouses I've ever stayed in.

Offering inner courtyard views, Modern studio in natural surroundings is an accommodation situated in Four Oaks, 10 km from Drayton Manor Theme Park and 12 km from Villa Park. Property was exactly as pictured. Great little welcome folder with lots of helpful information. Felt very inviting, nice little touches in the kitchen. Nice to have the Netflix/sky available. I did have issues with the satellite reception but will put that down to the absolutely horrific weather causing interference rather than anything else. Very clean, fresh feeling space. Shower felt spacious. loved that I could park right outside the door, given the weather! Would absolutely stay here again if/when I'm in the area. Saw host very briefly (I was rushing whilst leaving) and was very warm and welcoming. Wish I had been able to stay for longer as originally planned.

Comprising a garden and a terrace, Monk’s Lodge is a recently renovated accommodation in Parkside located close to FarGo Village. The room was immaculate, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. The bathroom was spotless and well-appointed. The location was ideal, with easy access to everything I needed. The host was friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable. I can't recommend this place enough. A true gem!
