Located just 1.7 km from StarCity, Jays modern guest house offers accommodation in Birmingham with access to a casino, a garden, as well as full-day security. The room was very large. Clean and had it's own un suite which was also spacious and clean. The host Saiqa was very friendly and welcoming and catered to all my needs. This place is highly recommended as its local to all amenities.

Great little welcome folder with lots of helpful information. Felt very inviting, nice little touches in the kitchen. Nice to have the Netflix/sky available. I did have issues with the satellite reception but will put that down to the absolutely horrific weather causing interference rather than anything else. Very clean, fresh feeling space. Shower felt spacious. loved that I could park right outside the door, given the weather! Would absolutely stay here again if/when I'm in the area. Saw host very briefly (I was rushing whilst leaving) and was very warm and welcoming. Wish I had been able to stay for longer as originally planned.

Spotlessly clean, gorgeously decorated room which is quiet and private. Spotless linen and lovely touches like water and chocolates in the room. The kitchen setup is great, with dedicated crockery, cutlery, cupboards and fridge space for each room. Great communication from the host too.
