Being tucked away with just a couple of horses for neighbours, in a stylish and immaculately clean studio, a stones throw from the heathland was perfect. We were asked about dietary requirements in advance and just hoped we might get some nondairy milk, we got so much more - mushrooms, bread, jam, marmite, plant based butter (not marg), cereal, granola, berries, orange juice, tea and coffee and all good quality (Waitrose). Honestly excellent :)

Very friendly hosts who did their best to make our stay a great one. Great suggestions of visits or nice places to eat. Well presented delicious home cooked breakfast with excellent quality products. Everything was perfect.

The location of the cabin was ideal for us as we were visiting family nearby. There was everything you would need in the property which we found ideal. The host left us bread, butter, milk etc which was a nice touch. We would definitely book again.

Oak Tree Rooms LTD está en Brockenhurst, a 21 km de Teatro The Mayflower y a 21 km de Sala de conciertos Southampton Guildhall. I like how close it was to the train station and that the area was safe! There was also a bike rack if you want to store your rented bike. I loved my room, it was perfect after a long day of traveling (I traveled by train). Paulina was also helpful when I asked some questions! Thank you.

The New Forest Inn está en Lyndhurst, a 16 km de Teatro The Mayflower, y dispone de restaurante, habitaciones libres de humo, wifi gratis y bar. The breakfast options were plentiful and the food was excellent. There were local beers on tap. The menu is a gastro pub menu and the food was outstanding. Just be aware that the rooms are above a pub, so you will hear the “locals” enjoying a pint! It was, however, quiet by 11:00 or earlier. Manager, Rob, was most accommodating as were Hannah, Alicia, Verity and Kyle. We also enjoyed chatting with the housekeeper, Violette. The New Forest Inn was located near trail heads into the New Forest. Downtown Lyndhurst is a one mile walk and has many shops, food establishments and The New Forest Heritage Museum.
