Offering garden views, The Stable Yard @ Manor Bank Cottage is an accommodation set in Beaulieu, 27 km from Southampton Guildhall and 28 km from Southampton Cruise Terminal. Being tucked away with just a couple of horses for neighbours, in a stylish and immaculately clean studio, a stones throw from the heathland was perfect. We were asked about dietary requirements in advance and just hoped we might get some nondairy milk, we got so much more - mushrooms, bread, jam, marmite, plant based butter (not marg), cereal, granola, berries, orange juice, tea and coffee and all good quality (Waitrose). Honestly excellent :)

Kingswood Cottage features garden views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Lyndhurst, 10 km from The Mayflower Theatre. This 4-star guest house offers a garden. Wonderful of Christine to share fish she had personally caught and arranged to be smoked. The fish was good but the context made it great!

Cypress Log Cabins offers adults only accommodation and is located inside the New Forest National Park and only a 5-minute walk from the renowned Sandy Balls Holiday Park. Loved the cabin and the hot tub.. wish we could’ve stayed longer!! Hosts were so helpful

Offering inner courtyard views, Pear Tree Cabin is an accommodation located in Beaulieu, 25 km from Southampton Guildhall and 26 km from Southampton Cruise Terminal. The location of the cabin was ideal for us as we were visiting family nearby. There was everything you would need in the property which we found ideal. The host left us bread, butter, milk etc which was a nice touch. We would definitely book again.

Lying in the heart of the New Forest National Park, The White Buck is a former country house boasting 20 bedrooms, free Wi-Fi and free on-site parking. Clean. Lovely location. Beautiful room

Set in Lyndhurst and with The Mayflower Theatre reachable within 16 km, The New Forest Inn offers a restaurant, non-smoking rooms, free WiFi and a bar. The breakfast options were plentiful and the food was excellent. There were local beers on tap. The menu is a gastro pub menu and the food was outstanding. Just be aware that the rooms are above a pub, so you will hear the “locals” enjoying a pint! It was, however, quiet by 11:00 or earlier. Manager, Rob, was most accommodating as were Hannah, Alicia, Verity and Kyle. We also enjoyed chatting with the housekeeper, Violette. The New Forest Inn was located near trail heads into the New Forest. Downtown Lyndhurst is a one mile walk and has many shops, food establishments and The New Forest Heritage Museum.

In the New Forest National Park, this traditional pub offers regular live music, roaring fires in winter, and a large garden to relax in. The pub was very busy but the room was in the garden adjacent so very quiet
