Stayed for 2 nights 21 to 23 September What's there not to like? My stay was exceptional. The place itself has a cottage like vibe. It has everything you need and the decor, features etc is very high spec. Fully equipped kitchen, fridge, microwave etc. A TV with "proper" channels including netflix, very comfortable indeed. Lesley is on hand to answer and help with any questions or queries about the area and things to do. Plus they also offer a very reasonable, very flexible taxi service. Tiptop!!! The cottage is warm and cosy. It is set back in an area surrounded by beautiful green land and in a garden with lovely garden furniture and ample seating areas. It really has the best backdrop. There is also a fully equipped gym which I had the opportunity to use, very considerate to open it up for guests. The hosts have thought about everything you may need for a comfortable getaway. They were brilliant hosts, Lesley and Pat, their welcome was more like going to stay with friends for the weekend! The nicest people you would ever want to meet, hands on, making sure you're comfortable, super pleasant, engaging and just really really nice folks. I highly recommend the Glen Adorable... the name says it all!

The Lodge ligger i Little Clacton, blot 50 km fra Freeport Braintree, og tilbyder indkvartering med udsigt til haven, gratis wi-fi og gratis privat parkering. Beautiful location. Very easy to find. The Lodge is a perfect little hideaway. The owners are friendly and welcoming. I loved the firm bed, smart TV, fast broadband, Fridge and Chocolate! I'd definitely stay again, it's very good value.

Compasses ligger i den rolige landsby Littley Green i hjertet af Essex' landskab og er en victoriansk pub, som emmer af historie og tradition. Everything. Last minute booking (day before) nad we were delighted. Gorgeous little spot. The pub was fab, the meal was great. Room had everything - plenty of space and a comfy bed - all we needed for one night as we were touring the area. Have stayed in 15+ place over the UK in the past month and this was the best in terms of value and how nice it was.

Delicious breakfast: full English with veggie option plus some extra dishes like poridge, muslie, jams, butter etc. Neat, pleasant interior with attention to a detail. Attractive entrance area with beautiful flowers and furniture to sit and enjoy.

Brunton House er et familiedrevet pensionat, som ligger i hjertet af Clacton-on-Sea, blot 5 minutters gang fra Clacton-on-Sea Station og stranden. The breakfast in the room was great, the room was so clean and spacious. The shower was hot. Close to the seafront and town. Great hosts. Best we have stayed at and will be returning.
