Este hotel ha sido reformado para preservar su patrimonio del siglo XVII y goza de una ubicación excelente, a solo 1 km de la A34 y a 1,5 km del centro de la ciudad de Newbury. First of all, it is the second time I have stayed at the hotel. The staff, the breakfast, the room, the location, dinner...whatever you choose the answer will be excellent.Spotless clean. Perfectly refurbished. I can go there just to stay one night to live the experience again. The staff from the reception to the kitchen are very friendly, and very well trained, and they all have great personalities that create a big difference. I can't thank them enough to show my appreciation. Especially to Max and Andrea. I would definitely go back with pleasure. It is a "must-see and stay" hotel.

The meet & greet the professional approach to good customer service. Paul ferried us to a local Pub/Restaurant that was excellent value for money(Leslie had pre-booked us) It was a Godsend. We had to departure early than expected due to forecasted storm warning 17th February, Paul gave us the correct information to get to East Midlands airport. Overall a great example of good customer care

El Windsor Trooper es una posada y una casa pública del siglo XVIII con 9 habitaciones acogedoras. Lovely room, enough space for a three people family. Easy to be found. Very nice staff.
