Lovely friendly place, very comfortable and clean. John and Louise doing a great job with the restaurant and pub, great hosts. The rooms are very warm and comfortable with all amenities.

The property is located in a very quite area. It is very clean and very comfortable. Very well designed and has lovely furniture. The hoist is really nice and was able to reply back to my messages very quickly. Also plenty of tea coffee bread water bottles was put there, which was very kind of the hoist to do this. I would definitely book this place.

Very pleasant stay. Hosts were wonderul. The new, well-filled shopping mall, train station, & restaurants were all down hill into the center of town -- about 15 minutes walk. Facilities were clean, newly renovated & in excellent shape. Short taxi ride to Luton airport ($13-18 USD) -- and good train service to London St. Pancreas. Prices were about the best in the town when I was booking our trip.
