It is very clean and very comfortable. Very well designed and has lovely furniture. The hoist is really nice and was able to reply back to my messages very quickly. Also plenty of tea coffee bread water bottles was put there, which was very kind of the hoist to do this. I would definitely book this place.

The new, well-filled shopping mall, train station, & restaurants were all down hill into the center of town -- about 15 minutes walk. Facilities were clean, newly renovated & in excellent shape. Short taxi ride to Luton airport ($13-18 USD) -- and good train service to London St. Pancreas. Prices were about the best in the town when I was booking our trip.
