The Heritage Guest House localiza-se em Montrose, a menos de 1 km de Montrose Beach e a 8,6 km de Lunan Bay. Nice and homely room very clean bed comfy shower ensuite very modern . Adam the owner was very welcoming and friendly . He thought we were coming to see the festival it was a bonus as we didn't know anything about it. Having the use of the kitchen was good microwave ,cooker, fridge freezer. great weekend. There is a Washing machine tumble dryer we didn't use it .

Breakfast was superb. Absolutely perfect, thank you!
