Urs and Anita were the most welcoming hosts and thought of absolutely everything. Dressing robes and slippers. A huge choice of teas, coffees, water, juice and milk provided in our room. A fridge too. Fresh fruit, drinks and snacks available in the lounge area all included for our stay and breakfast was delicious. A peaceful and relaxing B&B. Definitely 5 Star!

Nice and homely room very clean bed comfy shower ensuite very modern . Adam the owner was very welcoming and friendly . He thought we were coming to see the festival it was a bonus as we didn't know anything about it. Having the use of the kitchen was good microwave ,cooker, fridge freezer. great weekend. There is a Washing machine tumble dryer we didn't use it .

Home from home. Great host, spotless house, new games for the kids, close to the Den where my grandsons love to play and 2 mins from the shops. Been before and will hopefully be back. 👍
The room was spacious and spotlessly clean with a wonderful view over the garden and the surrounding hills. Just a short walk into Forfar town centre and close to Kirriemuir which is a short 15 minute car journey. Ian was a great host and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was very enjoyable, fresh fruit followed by a vegan hot breakfast.
Quiet location within a hour's travel time to Dundee or Perth if you want to travel into city. I was in a nice room with quaint features, but everything you need for a peaceful space. The facilities are self catering however the hosts supply a continental type breakfast along with with fresh milk for your cereal if you want which was a nice way to start the day before going out for a day of being a tourist. I travelled alone and felt safe within the premises.
Beautiful accommodation. Especially at home we miss the peace and quiet and the babbling of the brook. Anthony and Caroline are great hosts. Thank you for a fantastic time.

Very cosy Guest House with a lovely gazebo in the garden that we could use for dinner our last evening. Friendly hostess who helped us with the booking even if we turned up one evening too early. Nice breakfast - especially the fruit sallad! Close to the beach and city center. Nice shower.
The location was very pretty. The room was very clean and comfortable with great countryside views.Its also a lovely little tea room from 10 am to 4 pm with all home made produce. The owners were very friendly. The breakfast was great too. If you're looking for peace and quiet with a great room and great hosts, this is the B&B to use.

A perfect B&B of an exceptionally high standard. Very nice house with wonderful garden, beautiful room with very modern bathroom. Great location, just a few metres down a small path to the sea. Anita and Urs are great hosts and go out of their way to fulfil every wish - from an evening whiskey to a great breakfast. Definitely recommended!
