What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. They are the best of the best – always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any request. I must give special praise to Ibrahim, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. His warm attitude, professionalism, and quick response to any need made me feel incredibly welcome. Ibrahim’s dedication to excellent service truly made a difference in my experience. Thanks to him and the rest of the team, my stay was even more enjoyable.

He provided us with clear directions from the airport to the apartment and gave great recommendations, such as hot air balloon rides and local souvenirs and clothes that my brother loved! Special mention for the little motorbike ride – it was such a fun experience! Believe it or not, as soon as we left Luxor, we really missed this city, as well as Abou Ahmad and his warm Egyptian smile.
