The location on the west bank is really perfect: 15 min walk to the ferry (only 10EGP) and you are in Luxor centre, while the Valley of the Kings and other west bank attractions are a short drive away.

The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding – every corner was spotless, and the rooms were kept in immaculate condition. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere; it was so quiet that I could truly relax without any disturbances. The food was delicious, and the breakfast spread was particularly impressive, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options to start the day right. What truly sets this hotel apart, however, is the staff. They are the best of the best – always friendly, attentive, and ready to assist with any request. I must give special praise to Ibrahim, who went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. His warm attitude, professionalism, and quick response to any need made me feel incredibly welcome. Ibrahim’s dedication to excellent service truly made a difference in my experience. Thanks to him and the rest of the team, my stay was even more enjoyable.

Great location, close to town but still a very peaceful and quiet environment. Hosts were very attentive and welcoming. Great value for solid housing and home cooked meals!

Tayyeb, the owner, is very discreet yet keeps an eye on everything so that his guesthouse is very well run. The whole place, rooms, garden, house, are decorated with taste. The breakfast and food are delicious. Only regret is that I wasn’t aware of the set dinner time so we went with the a la carte option (also really good) but missed on some chef’s special. Do ask about meal times. The location is a little remote but it’s a perfect base to explore the West Bank (5 min drive from the Valley of the Kings). All in all a great stay. More expensive than other properties in Egypt but it is worth every penny. I wish we had a couple more days in Luxor to actually spend more time at the property (we were out all day visiting archaeological sites). I’d love to come back.

I highly recommend this accommodation. It is very well-maintained, super comfortable, and clean! The rooms are spacious, well-equipped, and exactly as shown in the pictures—if not even better! The breakfast, included in the rental price, was homemade and absolutely delicious. It was a true discovery. A big thank you to our host, Abou Ahmad, who is warm, helpful, and respectful. He provided us with clear directions from the airport to the apartment and gave great recommendations, such as hot air balloon rides and local souvenirs and clothes that my brother loved! Special mention for the little motorbike ride – it was such a fun experience! Believe it or not, as soon as we left Luxor, we really missed this city, as well as Abou Ahmad and his warm Egyptian smile. We thank you for your wonderful hospitality! **Advantages**: - The apartment is located on the west side of Luxor, just a 5-minute walk from the transit boat. - Quiet and comfortable. - Delicious and plentiful breakfast. - Safe and peaceful environment. - Wifi is available and works great. - Well-equipped kitchen. - A washing machine is available. - Affordable price for the quality of service and accommodation. The apartment is a real gem!

It is located in a perfect position, close to all the main sites of the West Bank and far enough for you to enjoy the silence of the night and the singing of the birds in the morning. The villa allows privacy and independence, but there is also a wonderful guesthouse right next to it that offers breakfast, dinner, chay, and whatever you need.
