We were very well received by our hosts. They don't have electrical power, so they use solar panels to provide their guests with electricity and warm water, because of this we felt very lucky and welcome there, since they don't even have a fridge, so they can provide this to their guests. The food is also incredible and they serve very well, with great breakfast. They also were able to provide us transfer and a guide to climb the volcano, who was very kind and help us a lot. We recommend this place if you plan to climb the volcano.

El Pipi's Guest House se encuentra en São Filipe y ofrece wifi gratis, jardín, terraza y bar. Este bed and breakfast sirve un desayuno continental diario. I had a wonderful stay at Pipi's. You can really tell the place is loved. The food was wonderful and genorous and the cocktail was delicious. Wifi worked well in my room and everything was clean and well organized. They helped arrange a collectivo to the caldiera and made me feel very welcomed as a solo traveler. It's very close to the airport and you can walk there in 7 mins.There is a sign on the left as you leave the parking area about 100 m. The road is basic so keep an eye out for the sign so you don't miss it.

Albino y su familia fueron muy acogedores. La habitación es muy amplia y con un balcon con unas vistas preciosas. La ubicación es muy buena. Zona tranquila cerca del centro.

La Casa Domingas se encuentra en São Filipe y alberga un bar. Ofrece terraza, estacionamiento privado gratuito y wifi gratis. El alojamiento dispone de cocina. Si vienes a San Felipe y quieres estar en un sitio agradable, familiar y económico, pensión Domingas es el lugar que recomiendo. Buen desayuno, habitación justa (recomiendo la que está a la entrada). Y Domingas siempre dispuesta a ayudar..

Nice large room, basic furniture but adequate and practical, fairly quiet, clean and tidy. The hotel has charm as does the entire town of Sao Felipe. Staff were friendly. Breakfast is basic but adequate. Restaurant service at the sister hotel very slow at times.
